Delivery and returns

Delivery

We enable our clients to choose one of two ways to deliver the ordered goods:

  1. Personal pickup at our company's headquarters in previously agreed conditions (cost: €0);
  2. DHL courier delivery (the cost of delivering the device: Volleyball Attack training Assistant in Poland is around €90-€120 due to its size and the need to divide it in two parvels sent simultaneously).
We make every effort to ensure that each of our devices is as safe as possible it can be and reaches you in perfect condition!

 

Returns

If you are a consumer - you have the right to withdraw form a distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract to us (Annex 1 to the Regulations of our Obline Strone - sample). You can do this e.g. by e-mail sent to: info@ginoo.pl

Return the returned item to us immediately to the address of the store's headquarters: ul. Jaworowa 12, 43-400 Cieszyn, but no later than within 14 days from the day you withdraw from the contract. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins:

  • for a contract in which we issue an item being obliged to transfer it ownership - from taking possession of the item by you or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier).

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

Complaints

If the product purchased from us proves to be defective, you have the right to advertise it based on the warranty or previously granted warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the e-mail address: info@ginoo.pl or by post to the address: ul. Jaworowa 12, 43-400 Cieszyn.

In the event of a device fault:

  1. The buyer has the right to contact the seller asking him to repair the device/goods. The repair is carried out at the expense of the Seller.
  2. If the defect of the device/good is small, the Seller may send the Buyer appropriate components/spare parts for repair and instruct it to enable the Customer to repair the device/good.

Due to the nature and size of the device, please add to each complaint:

  • an exact description of the defect;
  • photos or video materials that accurately and unequivocally present the defect.

This will allow us to respond efficiently and quickly solve the problem.
